What are the means to become an exporter/consolidator or importer of Goldilocks products?

An importer based in abroad and an exporter/consolidator based in the Philippines can directly order at Goldilocks Export Sales Department.


What are the modes of payment for importer and consolidators?

For importers, the mode of payment is through Telegraphic Transfer while for consolidators, the common mode of payment is Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Dated check is also accepted but should be cleared two (2) days before date of delivery.


What documents are needed to become a consolidator?

A consolidator has to submit BIR Form 2303 as initial requirement.
Zero rated certification and accreditation to Export Organization are also needed to avail of zero vat prices.

An importer has to submit a Business Permit from the country it is based.


Other Information:

  • We encourage importers to maximize the capacity of their load in containers.
  • We allow co-loading with other products and the importer to recommend or choose the broker of their choice.
  • Prices are Freight on Board - Manila (FOB Manila)
  • We do not accept Letter of Credit (LC) as form of payment
