HR Clerk (Reliever)

Job Description


Job Duties

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in the office. Support the organization in the day-to-day office activities by organizing and sorting files, answering clients' inquiries through email and phone, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, knowledgeable with MS Excel formulation.
  • With experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on-site and to render overtime.
  • Willing to do field works.
  • To work during holidays and weekends if necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
